We believe that the person who crafts your Tikka Masala sandwich should be paid $20 per hour and have a stock ownership plan. Because when they earn a living wage, minds normally distracted with worry can focus on creating culinary gifts.
We add a 2% Living Wage Surcharge to every Exalted Sandwich pretax check total. 100% of this money goes directly into the paychecks of Exalted Sandwich’s kitchen staff. Although we pay our employees $20 per hour - which defies industry paltry wage norms - this is still not enough for anyone (other than a single person) to live in the Denver Metro Area. By eating Exalted Sandwich, you make a difference. Thank you.

We are disrupters in a ghost kitchen, a small space purpose-built to produce food specifically for pick up and delivery. We're driven by passion and a fervent belief that heart is more powerful than bricks and mortar.

We use whole & sustainable ingredients. We avoid seed oils, refined grains & sweeteners. We offer gluten free, keto, vegan and vegetarian options. Always.
We believe that locally sourced ingredients taste better and form vital bonds with our purveyors.
We believe recycling in our kitchen, composting our prep waste and using eco-friendly Togo packaging is the very least we can do to help the planet.

We singularly and mindfully craft each Exalted recipe to be nutritious, delicious and beautiful. We arrive at our 174 square foot kitchen every morning at 9 to begin our day’s prep. We cook in small batches to keep our recipes fresh. We hand-weigh and measure each ingredient to ensure menu consistency. We infuse everything with love.
